What the quote form collects

Only what you type into the form: your name, company or production, email, phone, the type of job, dates, location, crew and meals per day, serving format and message. We use these details to prepare a quote and reply to you.

The form sends nothing until you tick the consent box.

Where your details go

When you press Send, the website emails your details to the team’s inbox at contact@number5catering.com, which forwards to the team’s Gmail account. The website keeps no copy and has no database.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the form to block automated spam. It checks your browser, not the details you type.

How long we keep them

Your request stays in the team’s email for as long as we need it to work with you. To have it deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email contact@number5catering.com.

Analytics

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

Google Analytics 4 runs only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. It uses cookies to count visits and see which pages people read. If you press Reject, or make no choice, it never loads.

Cookies and saved choices

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the banner doesn’t ask again.

Videos from our Facebook Page load from Facebook only after you press play. From then on, Facebook’s own privacy policy applies.
